Lunch & Learn's are 30 minute Live Webinar's designed as bite size learning opportunities. This Lunch & Learn Webinar focuses on Element 1.3.1: Each child’s learning and development is assessed or evaluated as part of an ongoing cycle of observation, analysing learning, documentation, planning, implementation and reflection.

Included in your Lunch & Learn Webinar is a Learning Journal & Certificate of Participation. 

To support your learning during the Lunch & Learn and beyond you will also receive a Learning Journal which includes:  
  • NOTES: to take notes, jot down key learnings and questions you may have throughout the webinar. 
  • THINGS TO DO: For when inspiration strikes there is section for you to create a to do list. 
  • CRITICAL REFLECTION: Includes 2 prompts that can be used as evidence of critical reflection for exceeding themes in A&R. 
  • STRENGTHS: As we reflect on practices there is space for you to document the practices that are a strength.
  • BACKCASTING MODEL: Used to identify goals, skills/knowledge required by you or your team, & resources need to achieve the goal. 
  • QUALITY IMPROVEMENT PLAN: Bringing our learnings, reflections and goals together into your QIP.  
  • After participating in each Lunch & Learn you will receive a CERTIFICATE of PARTICIPATION for that element to demonstrate your commitment to your Professional Development.
